Who we are

KMW Consulting LLC ("KMW Consulting," "we," "us") runs kmwconsult.com. We build phone, scheduling and follow-up systems for dental and orthodontic practices in metro Denver. If you have questions about this policy, email Kyle@KMWConsult.com or call 720.901.4911.

What we collect

When you fill out the form on our booking page, we collect what you type in:

Your name, your practice's name, and your email
Your phone number, if you give it
Your practice management system, how you heard about us, the boxes you check, and any notes
Whether you agreed to receive text messages

When you book a call, our scheduling tool collects the time you pick and the details you enter there. Our website host also records basic technical data automatically, like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

Please don't send patient information through this website. The form is for practice contact details only.

To reply to your request and set up a call
To send you text messages, only if you opted in (see Text messages below)
To prepare for our conversation about your practice
To keep the website working and secure

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our scheduling tool, and our CRM and messaging platform. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from KMW Consulting about your inquiry. That includes replies to your request, help scheduling a call, and confirmations and reminders for calls you book. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email Kyle@KMWConsult.com.
To stop text messages, reply STOP.
To stop emails, reply to any email and tell us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee it.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
